I knew moving to Seattle in 2013 would change my life in a big way, but I didn\u2019t anticipate that adjusting to my new life would mean a prolonged break from blogging. And while I\u2019ve had to put Wanderlust for One on the back burner for a few years, I\u2019ve always been confident I would pick up and start blogging again when the time was right.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m grateful for the time I\u2019ve spent away from this space. It\u2019s been nearly four years, and instead of causing my interest to wane, the separation has reaffirmed my passion for blogging and specifically, blogging about travel. Normally, I would have moved on to some other interest by now, but I keep coming back to this: traveling and telling stories with words and images. It’s time. Wanderlust for One rides again.<\/p>\n

What’s changed? Me. I\u2019m four years older and four years wiser.
